Nashville “The Flood” Music Video For MusicCares

When I wrote the song, “The Flood,” I never dreamed that the imagery would manifest itself in my real life. Unfortunately, just after my album “The Fire and the Flood” was released, a real flood was unleashed on an unsuspecting and unprepared Nashville public. Clean-up efforts are intense and toxic. The losses are huge and will take years to recover from. Thankfully, Nashville is a city of immense heart. Community volunteer programs like Hands On Nashville have been so overwhelmed with supporters that their servers crashed. From the minute disaster struck, we jumped in to help each other. The whole thing has been very moving.

I made a music video slideshow that is currently being featured on MySpace.  All proceeds from the sale of the song “The Flood” on iTunes will go directly to MusicCares.
