We reworked things so that all the things I do online can be found in one place.  As some of you may know, writing in all its forms is a integral part of my life–its my habit, my therapy and my passion.  I’m really excited that this website will bring all my online tinkering under one roof.

I’ve been doing a weekly vlog on YouTube for sometime now under the name Tishimon (my gamer name).  Last year I committed myself to write and vlog one song a week and I have kept that promise.  As of the launch of this website, I’m on my 44th youtube vlog song.

I also recently started tweeting.  It started with a couple of my friends teasing me about not knowing what twitter was, and has blossomed into me thinking twitter is cool as shit and wanting to have lots of followers–not to validate myself or feel popular (That’s what American Eagle clothes are for), but rather so that I don’t have to send out those annoying e-vites to everyone. Twitter allows only interested parties to request the info they want instead of me bludgeoning my entire mailing list with ’spam’.  I consider my spam to be bad-ass, but I understand that not every cares what color panties I have on today.    But if you do…you could follow me, @tishimon.

The MySpace link on this site goes to my music profile where you can listen to the songs on my current ep and check out my showdates…well geeze…you know what’s on a myspace page.  I don’t have to tell you.  YOU are wise AND beautiful.

It has always been a joke about how many myspace profiles I have.  I have my personal profile (which is not private), my music profile, and I also have a song-writing blog profile where I upload rough recordings of songs as I write them and blog the lyrics.  This website also encompasses that by including a song blog where I will blog the lyrics to every new song I write so there is no question if I’m saying ‘where is it?’ or ‘where is shit?’ 

One of my favorite things about this website is that it has a showcased song of the month that comes with its own special dedicated artwork.  The photo series is being created by insanely talented photographer and graphic designer Erick Anderson.

So….I guess my point to all this is just to get the bloggin’ started and say thanks for checking me out, and hopefully you will follow me on twitter and subscribe to my youtube vlog.  If you do, I pledge to do my best to be entertaining, inspiring, dorky, feverish, and never never do any impersonations of accents that are out of my acting range.  I also pledge to NEVER tweet more than you want me to.  I will tell you when I have a show, but I won’t tell you what color the puke on the floor by the stage is………unless its somehow amazing in which case……you’d want to know, right?
