Hey buddies!  I can’t believe it is already March.  Soon we will be packing up the car and heading to SXSW.  I’m trying to campaign for everyone to tweet Metromix and let them know they should interview me for their SXSW coverage.  If you want to help, just tweet AndyHermannMMX and tell him why I’m awesome.  Hopefully he will believe you.

Before we actually hit Austin Texas, I will be doing some stuff in Indiana with Mark Hornsby.  I am the featured artist for an educational event.  That’s all I know so far, so when I get more details I will share them.  All I know is that my SXSW trip has become an extended adventure.  After Indiana, we will head to Dallas where I’m doing a private house concert which I’m VERY much looking forward to.  (I love doing these, if you want one, let me know.)

Today I’m getting a new hard drive put in my computer so that I can continue vlogging.  Apparently loading hundreds of videos on my computer over the last year and a half has hurt its little heart and it can’t go on, so now, it gets a transplant.

The new album is doing well!  Thanks to all my friends on Facebook for the comments and pictures.  It was #4 at Grimey’s on the week of release and I think this week it is still on the wall at #22.  We are very proud and grateful to everyone who has supported this record.  If you haven’t picked-up a copy yet, make sure and get it from Grimey’s if you live in Nashville, or you can buy a hard copy here.  It is also available on ITunes.

Myspace Records invited us to license songs from “The Fire and the Flood” for the new season of “Married on Myspace.”  I’m excited to see how that pans out.  Thanks to Myspace Records Friends and Family for getting behind this release!  We love you guys!
